A little background on Kym's Kreations
First and foremost, I am a daughter of the one true God! I owe everything to Him….my loving husband, wonderful son and my
sobriety!
I began making jewelry when I was about 3 years sober. It started as just a hobby to occupy my hands and my mind. Soon, it became a
passion for me. I made jewelry for family and friends and gave it away as gifts. After a while, this talent began to grow and people offered to pay me to make pieces for them. So, I did! It made me happy to see the look of happiness on their face when they saw the finished product. I enjoyed that almost as much as I did making it!
Labor Day weekend, three years ago, I participated in the Daniel Boone Pioneer Festival in our little town of Winchester. I shared a booth with a good friend of mine who is an artist. We had a blast and I got to meet so many people! I fell in love with the whole concept…setting up my stuff, taking it down, but mostly getting to meet so many people and share stories! I found my niche!
To date, I have participated in local events, such a fall festivals and spring flings for our school system. It feels good to be able to help out the local schools and share stories with other vendors and students and parents! Kym’s Kreations has also donated jewelry to 7000 Bracelets for Hope which is a program designed to help raise awareness for kids suffering from rare disease or disorders. It is part of the Global Genes Project. Their website is http://www.globalgenesproject.org/7kbracelets.php if you want to check them out! I am also in the process of making more bracelets to donate directly to the Potocki Lupski Syndrome Outreach to help with a fundraiser. My niece, Piper Ann Nealey, is affected by this syndrome. She is doing wonderful!!
Finally, I hope you enjoy looking at my jewelry. Please know that each piece is made by me with love! I pray blessings abundant upon you!!
Thank you for visiting my site!
In His love and service,
Kym Pelfrey
Philippians 4:6-7
New Living Translation (NLT)
6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s
peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
